01 Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (referred to throughout as "the Terms") govern your access to and use of the dk 777 platform, including the website located at https://dk777.world, all associated games, sports betting services, promotions, and customer support channels. The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and dk 777.

To register and maintain an account on dk 777, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

- You must be a natural person (not a company or automated system) acting on your own behalf.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
- You must not already hold an existing active account on dk 777. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
- You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or using funds that belong to someone else.
dk 777 may request identity verification documents (such as a CNIC, passport, or utility bill) at any time — particularly before processing a withdrawal. This is standard practice in the industry and is done to protect both our players and the integrity of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until the matter is resolved.
03 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your dk 777 login credentials, including your username and password. dk 777 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from dk 777 and requests your password, do not provide it and report the contact to our support team immediately.
- Do not share your account login with anyone — including family members or friends.

We reserve the right to suspend or lock any account where we detect suspicious login activity, unusual betting patterns, or a security risk — including activity that suggests account sharing or automated access.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on dk 777 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept the following payment methods:
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically clear within minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance. dk 777 does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may have their own charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated at the time of submission. For Easypaisa and JazzCash, this is typically under five minutes once the request has been reviewed. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one working day. The payment method used for withdrawal must match, wherever possible, the method used for the original deposit.
Verification requirements: dk 777 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal. We may request a copy of your CNIC, a selfie, or a recent bank statement. This is a security measure to protect you as much as us. Requests that cannot be verified will remain pending until documentation is received.
Inactive account fees: If your account has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months and holds a positive balance, a maintenance charge of Rs 200 per month may be applied until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. You will be notified by email before any such charge is applied.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, dk 777 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These are detailed on the Promotions page and are subject to specific terms that vary by offer. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
- One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated, each promotion is available once per customer, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met. For example, a bonus with a 10x requirement means you must wager a total of 10 times the bonus amount before it converts to real, withdrawable cash.
- Expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe specified. Unused bonus funds are forfeited once the expiry period passes.
- Minimum odds: Some promotions — particularly sports bonuses — require bets to be placed at a minimum odds threshold. Bets placed below that threshold will not count towards wagering requirements.
- Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit a bonus through hedging, arbitrage, or coordinated betting patterns constitutes bonus abuse. dk 777 reserves the right to void affected bets and close accounts where abuse is identified.
- Right to modify: dk 777 reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time, including where an error has been made in its publication.
06 Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on dk 777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game. These rules are displayed within each product section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity:
- Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where a cash out option has been made available and is currently active for that bet.
- In the event of a technical error during a game or bet placement, dk 777 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake. We will not honour payouts resulting from a technical malfunction.
- Odds displayed at the time a bet slip is submitted are the odds that will apply to that bet, subject to any pre-match or in-play price movement acceptance settings in your account preferences.
- For live in-play betting, there may be a slight delay between on-screen action and odds updates. dk 777 may void bets placed with knowledge of the outcome of an event (for example, a goal that has already been scored but not yet reflected in the odds).
- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed during the bet placement process.
- Game outcomes for all casino-style games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are not influenced by any person, including dk 777 staff.

07 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on dk 777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from known bugs must be reported to support and will be reversed.

12 Amendments & Account Termination

Non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing policy) may take effect immediately upon posting.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets will be settled according to their outcome, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after identity verification is complete. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless the wagering requirement has already been met.
dk 777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases of rule violations, fraud, abuse, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other users. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, remaining balances may be withheld pending investigation.
